Good reasonable prices for acrylic. I like my nails but they only had three workers at noon and the one who did my pedicure didnt take but ten min total to it including the hot stones I paid extra for. I was disappointed with how sloppy my toes looked too. I would return for simple non expensive nails. I would not return if you want a pedicure worth the price.

My mom and I always love coming here its our go to spot. Super clean and the staff is so friendly. We loved our Valentines Day sets so much. Thank you!

My first red flag was there were only 3 employees working at noon. I wanted a pedi and mani, I waited 40 minutes with my nails soaking off before I was taken to a chair. I was told it would be 15/20 minutes, which would have been fine, but two ladies who came in after me were taken back before me. I paid $65 for a pedicure that I could have done myself. The wax was not warm, the stones were too hot, the massage itself wasnt even relaying. After waiting 40 minutes they were going to have me do my hands and then my feet I never imagined it would take 2+ hours for services that usually take me 1 MAYBE 1.5 hours if I want a more luxurious pedicure at my usual salon. I felt bad for the lady working the front and doing nails, she seemed stressed out and no one around her seemed to care enough to be stressed out too. As I was leaving I saw her talking to another annoyed customer who was probably waiting just as long. She was very sweet. I hope that was just an off day for them but sadly that was my first impression and I dont think Id choose Zen over the other two more professional spas in the area.
