Jen is fantastic! I have had a lot of therapy over the last few years with several different therapists and several different types of therapy. Doing ART therapy with Jen was my first time with that specific trauma therapy and it was really incredible! By far my favorite therapy session I have ever had. I felt like I had more healing in one session of ART than a whole year of talk therapy. Jen is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and helpful. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting a helpful therapist who knows how to help move you forward in healing.

Jen has been a lifeline to say the least. Her style is a great balance of validation and loving bluntness. She genuinely cares. This woman is a resource of knowledge and wisdom. She sees the big picture. Jen has given me direction and purpose when I have had trouble finding hope. She gives you the skills needed for navigation, confidence, and helps you recognize how to reclaim your power. It is obvious she is a professional. Her expertise is commendable. 10/10 would recommend her for ANYONE.

I'm so thankful that I started working with Jenn. Even with it being online therapy, it's the best therapy I've ever received. She has helped me immensely with so many different things, especially in rebuilding trust in myself and treating myself with love and compassion.
