Casey the owner called me personally after my review to apologize and explain the circumstances with my experience. He offered to make it right by me and was very honest about their mistake.
I have to say, for an owner to call and want to understand the issues, not give excuses and take responsibility.is true customer service in my book.
So a negative experience turned into a positive one for me. Its great to see a business care when things go wrong and want to make things right. These guys have earned my business and I will continue to use them for my lawn equipment needs.
