I was a general contractor for about 15 years prior to my retirement. L&J was my go to subcontractor for projects ranging for $1 million dollar new construction to kitchen and bath remodeling. They always were able to provide the knowledge, and skills necessary to complete some very challenging projects. Very creative, competent folks.

We have had Luis Jacobo and his crews do every kind of remodel in our home-bathrooms, kitchen, living, garage, even our sidewalk in the front of our house. He remodeled our cabin and the deck there. Every project was done to our specifications. All of his crews were good to work with. We have been very pleased with all of the work done for us in the last 10 years.

Luis Jacobo is the simply the best. If you want the job done right dont think twice. He is a true professional who pays attention to detail. If the smallest thing is not up to his potential he will redo whatever it is to make it perfect for you. He will constantly check with you to make sure it is what you want as well. He gives excellent advice on what will look right (or wrong) in your space and will actually take the time to explain and show you. For example, he actually laid the tile down to show me what it would look like so I could make an informed decision. He is very knowledgeable not only what looks good but also what will work in your space. I totally trust him to give me the best advice. Not only is his work first class but he is a first class amazing person who you get the feeling immediately that he is definitely passionate about his work but he truly cares about his clients. I will add picture of this second project hes done for me.
