Royse City Water & Sewer Department

I called to discuss an issue with my bill and couldnt get any resolution. However, I did receive subpar customer service from one of the customer representatives. After calling back to address this with management, I could tell nothing would be done about it as the manager only excused her behavior. If you ever have to deal with this office, good luck.

Just thought Id put out a good review for the Royse city water department And Mr.Richie driving truck 331 for taking the time to checkout a service call to my home regarding a water leak . This man had a great attitude and took the time to help and explained that the leak was coming from the irrigation system . Really appreciate this mans time and concern to help . God bless

The customer service provide by these hired city government individuals are about as wonderful as youd expect. If you are considering moving to this city Id think twice about it just in my dealings with the city utilities department.. they have no empathy for you, your situation and cant hear you over the swelling roar of money from their utilities bills that they refuse to adjust.

Just got my third water bill. I have NEVER paid more than $40 a month for water, EVER. We are in a small home and very conservative with electricity and water, and the water bill was over $100. Do better.
