T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

These people dont greet at all even if I was going to buy a phone I wouldnt buy from them. And I guess that was the manager rudeness, this my second time in this store and same experience let me find out they racist but its ok I will go elsewhere

I went with my friend to get a new phone and she walked out with an iPhone and iPad for about 100 bucks!! The young lady was friendly, patient and helped her with everything she needed and wanted!

Liz was awesome! Helped me upgrade to the new S24 Ultra. While I waited for my data to transfer over I was drawing on gum wrappers trying to pass the time and she gave me some paper to draw on . Plus the music in the store is really good compared to most stores. Overall super happy with the service and my new phone!

Wow what a great experience! Ali and the women we dealt with were so patient and knowledgeable. Absolutely the best TMobile store we have ever dealt with and we have been with TMobile for 21 years.

I was completely misled by this store. The manager does not keep his word, I'm refraining to calling him the L word for sake of human decency. I have never seen folks seem so genuine and friendly yet completely fake in my entire life. Be careful of the deals you make at this store. This experience has put such a wrench in my feelings for TMobile who is generally a very professional and straight forward company. I am blown away by how people can completely mislead yet smile in your face. This happened to me at this store. Just be careful dealing with the people here. If they promise you anything, either video it or have them write it down for you. My experience here has been horrendous and the absolutely obliterated my faith in this company being always straight forward and having great customer service.
