Staff was nice, I was able to come in for a cut same day, very flexible. My cut was fast and I was able to squeeze it between my errands. Recommend!

Most unprofessional place I have EVER visited. Recently moved to Royce city and as a latina this was the most uncomfortable place I have ever entered. Starting off with I called to book an appointment for a haircut and was told to come in at 12pm said thats perfect then she proceeded with actually lets do 12:30, then got moved to 1pm. No worries 1pm will work. Keep in mind that they only take CASH or CHECK ( If you live in Royce city you know there is no bank nearby) went out my way to get cash for this appointment. Upon arrival I wasnt even greeted with a warm welcome instead with a serious Uhh can I help you Im here for my appt at 1pm and she looked at me with the most dissatisfied face at this point I was so confused is it because I was hispanic or young? She proceeded to walk to the back and I can over hear a group of ladies ask each other whos gonna cut her hair all this while I waited in front of the door for about 5-10 mins with everyone just staring at me. I can see 2 ladies discuss with each other and making faces behind the mirror at this point I speak up and say its fine I can come back - at this point I just wanted to leave in a polite way just because I felt like I wasnt welcomed there. After the two ladies went back and forward with each other the lady in red hair comes up to me and doesnt even apologize about the situation but instead says everyone is confused back there can you come another day IN FRONT of all the customers getting there service done. Do not recommend this place at all horrible hospitality and customer service.
