BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Okay here is my story. Its a pretty wild story so just keep reading. While my friend was living in another state, she left her car for me to use, take care of and to take over the payments until she moved back. WELL, one day someone decides to KEY THE CAR(her car)...ON EVERY SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. Deep key marks. This is not an exaggeration. It was pretty bad and I was freaking out. This also happened right before she was about to move back and needed her car back. It was a pretty stressful situation. So obviously before I could return the car, I had to get it fixed. I received quotes from many different body shops (even from people I was friends with thinking I would get a good deal) and with me having to pay out of pocket... it was just not going to be cheap either way. But everyone else quoted me so high and these guys stuck to their word and gave me the best deal out of all. I was referred to Advanced Collision Repair from an old friend and when I reached out to them, they did not hesitate from that very moment to help me. These guys did not only help me by giving me a GREAT deal on the paint job but so much more. Im a single mother and live far from where theyre located which made it hard to make it to their shop in time after work. They went out of their way to pick up the car from my location(about an hour away/sat in traffic) and when it was finished they delivered it back to me!! They worked with my schedule so well that the stressful situation became less stressful. When I met them, they were professional and so down to earth!! I wish I still had the pictures so I could show the before and after. They hands down did a phenomenal job. The car looked brand new, not only that they even cleaned the inside for me. My friend got her car back with no complaints. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! They also got the job done so fast!! Most people quoted me two weeks, they got it done in less than a week. I will definitely be referring more people to their shop! I also plan on taking MY personal car in to get some things done. Thats how much I trust them. These guys work very hard and they deserve the credit for their GREAT work.
