I have two dogs being cared for by Dr Jennifer Chang. This hospital a has the most experienced staff. They care about the well-being of your animals. they never over charge or up charge. I would highly recommend the two locations.

I brought my cat in with a potential urinary blockage; the techs took my cat to see the vet immediately upon arrival, had the exam completed in less than 30 minutes, and confirmed there was no immediate threat. Not only did the ladies at the front desk ease my nerves, given the seriousness of the potential diagnosis, but the vet tech explained everything in full detail of what was causing his symptoms, and gave recommendations for changes in my at-home environment to avoid future instances - all of this without charge as no treatment was necessary. This is definitely the place to go if you want your fur babies (and you) treated with kindness, fairness, and urgency.

Unfortunately, as great as the service and helpful the staff was. I had to make a tough decision. Regardless of my situation this place is fantastic.
