HORRIBLE! BEWARE!This is the WORST Linen service company we've ever used! Aramark has been a PROBLEM from the very first month! We finally canceled, 8 months in, because they have poor quality products, they are terribly unreliable on their delivery timing and quantity of products delivered (or not!) Hot shot deliveries even more unpredictable, not sure what and when they'll deliver! They never made it better. Their service continued to be poor month after month! Just don't bother! Spend your linen service dollars elsewhere! Photos show how they deliver clean bar towels (wadded up in trash bags) and their "clean" ready to wear aprons! (so wrinkled that we refused them!)

Super bad bad bad service. They even faked the signature. I wish this company close as soon as possible.

Really bad thing, the business representative said to sign the contract and deliver the goods, but it was useless, seriously affecting our operation, the business representative is Brandon, such service is really terrible!

This guys been giving service to our company for 2 years already and is the only company so far where they comeback with the uniforms dirtier/with a bad funky smell, the only company that takes more than 5 weeks to comeback with repair shirt that only needs a button, The only company that will take more than 2 1/2 months to replace a a damage uniform. My advice: stay away from this guy's as far as you can.
