My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Reggie! In our initial discussions with Reggie, it was clear that Reggie wasn't just trying to make a quick buck off his clients. Reggie cares a lot about the satisfaction of his clients. He had many stories about times he went above and beyond for other clients, and we quickly found that he follows through on this promise - after we purchased a new-build, Reggie visited the construction site just as often as we did. When he saw things that didn't look right, he took the initiative to talk directly with our builder. I don't enjoy confrontation, so having someone who effectively represented us and fought those battles alongside us was huge. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and best practices, so he knew exactly when the builder needed to be challenged - without him, we would have been clueless about which battles to fight. Reggie's model is that, by doing his job with excellence and treating clients well, they'll refer more clients. The lady who referred us had referred 10+ others already, and I can only hope to send that many people Reggie's way as well.
