I am very upset. Still no urgency from this company. We ordered my son his letter jacket with the rest of his teammates. I spent over 400$, with 8 patches ordered. When my son received his jacket, no patches where on but 1 on the front, the letter B. The principal contacted me, she knew this was wrong because she was standing there when I was placing my order with my son. She contact this company to also let them know. It took them another 6-7 weeks to get me my sons letter jacket back to us with the patches on that we ordered. When we received for the second time, they had my sons last name misspelled and the Track patch upside-down. I called to let them know what's going on and was supposed to get a call back for a meet up from them to pick up my sons letter jacket to be fixed and no word since Friday... I've called everyday this week and no one is answering.

I am so thankful for the awesome, prompt, and professional customer service. Very accommodating with my last minute Class of 2022 graduation order for my son. Congratulations Deuce! You made it!

No set price. They even talk to each other to sell stuff expensive. Never buy or order.
