Pro: they handled work orders quickly Cons: tldr: -let someone in my home without notice and they touched my things and they didnt mention it til I called. -took money from my deposit and wont provide company names or receipts for the work completed Long version: they let someone in my home when I was not there with no notice and they didnt tell me it happened I had to call them. Even though they knew the person had entered and touched my things cause their worker had called them telling them there was a ton of stuff left in the home. They were hoping I wouldnt notice. Note, I was a single 23 year old with no roommates. I was terrified I thought someone was hiding in my house. Then I moved out and followed the cleaning checklist, have photo and video evidence down to the baseboards, and they wont send receipt proof the work was even completed or the name of a cleaning company that did it. I have had my number blocked by workers and my emails ignored. Basically, theyll steal money from your deposit and then ignore your questions about it.
