What a waste of time! The business said they are open 24 hours . I Didnt come at an ungodly hours. I Was trying to come 745am before work, and no one is at physical location. I called 2x and no one pick up phone . How can you state open 24 hours , waste my time in Driving and gas when you are oblivious not open For business ?

She is amazing! I was having issues finding a notary. I called her and she met up with me in less than 10 min. Im in the area temporarily due to my job and if I need anything else notarized she will be the first person I call.

We were introduced to J And I Solutions when we refinanced our house in early 2021. This notary service was the one sent out by our mortgage holder when we were finalizing our refinanced mortgage. The first notary who came out (not J And I) made an error during the signing of the refinance documents and our mortgager called us saying they could not proceed with processing the refinancing paperwork. A & I was called out to redo the signing, and once they arrived everything was so calm and well handled. They took care of the signing process professionally and quickly to the satisfaction of our mortgage company and we were just elated to have the process finished. J And I was so professional, responsive to our last second needs and helped us get a big chunk of paperwork filled out and signed properly. When my wife and I decided to create our wills and related documentation, we decided to use an online service to assist us. This was much cheaper than having a lawyer do it for us. We filled out our wills and related documentation like a durable power of attorney and HIPAA forms to allow the people of our choice to have access to our medical records. The paperwork produced by this online website had blank spaces for about 10 signatures, about 3 places where two witnesses needed to sign alongside my wife and me, and four places that needed a notary's stamp. We tried two public notaries - our credit union and a local mailing company. The credit union would not notarize a will and the mailing company did not allow their employees to serve as witnesses. Now we needed to find witnesses and another source of notary services. We remembered the excellent job J And I Services had done on our home refinancing documentation, so we called them. One of our witnesses works during the week and needed to meet on the weekend. J And I called us back within the hour and said they could meet us at 2 pm on a Sunday afternoon when both of our witnesses were available. When the J And I notary arrived, it was the same woman who had helped us the first time we used this company. She guided the four of us through the process of signing our will documents in a calm, professional manner. When we finished signing the documents, we were confident they had been processed correctly and signed appropriately. We were very satisfied with J and I Services both when they represented a large company and when we hired them as individuals. We would recommend them for any notary services you need. We would use them in the future for any additional notary services we need in our lives.

I used J&I Solutions to get a document notarized. I don't do this often so I didn't know where to go. I spoke to Mrs. Alston on the phone and she was able to see me right away. I had been putting off getting this done and she took care of it very quickly. It was great to get it done so easily. Highly recommend.
