An-Marie is very professional and super helpful. Ive worked with her for years on my nutrition, health and fitness. I try every service she offers because theyre all amazing . I suffer from scoliosis and Ive gone to chiropractors and physical therapists and whats help me the most is her. She has a light, warm energy and I enjoy seeing her every time. I cant recommend her enough.

An-Marie is a one of a kind in her field. Ive experienced enough manual therapy so far to confidently say that her intuitive hands dont just come with simple years of training. She addresses your whole body literally from head to toe using Yamuna body rolling and reflexology. She also gave me Yamuna ball self massages to practice at home. I went in feeling stiff in my neck. After the session, my head felt like it was floating on top of my neck. The shop is super neat and welcoming as well. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs manual therapy.

I have had the reflexology with An-Marie for over two years. She is an expert in this area. An-Marie does a quick (physical) assessment before proceeding with the reflexology, so that she can address the areas that need the work most.
