As an experienced Physical Therapist it is an unspoken "hand language" to have a provider who really listens with her hands. Her techniques, education and ability to communicate (verbal and non verbal) is at an expert level. I really appreciated her techniques, and her approach towards my therapeutic massage. She also extends her treatment to find the root cause of the issues I was having, which again is delivered in a very caring, sincere package. Teena is a magician! As someone who suffers from muscle tension headaches often, I have gone to many massage therapists to seek treatment. Once I found Teena, the search was over. She has such a deep knowledge of the body and muscle movement, and her massage technique is different than any one else I've been to. She always eases my problem spots, and I walk away a new person. Thanks to her, I have been able to manage and prevent my headaches, instead of just react to them!
