        Horrible service. They lost my package and would not take accountability for it. Do not use this service. If your apartment management has this service, just deliver to your front door and give the courier the gate code. They misplaced so many of my packages and left them at other front doors. Also, Amazon has a policy where they will not refund your money if the package never arrived and it was sent to a freight forwarder. Would not recommend at all. And, before you respond with your generic reach out to us, I have. I talked to several people including Diana and Erick. How about dont lose my package? Thanks so much, Fetch! Im out $60 now.

        This is one of the most amazing businesses in all of downtown Austin! I highly recommend giving them a chance and ignoring all of these ignorant, low-star ratings. Most of these people are at fault and just can't handle their own mistakes (i.e. accepting packages and then leaving them outside to be stolen or melt in the heat). Fetch has never once been late with any of my packages and I will continue to use and recommend them!
