Last May (2023) I was in a hit and run accident, luckily I was able to get her license plate. I immediately called Dustin and told him what had happened. Dustin was proactive with my case and woud update me every once in a while. Since my car wasn't damaged too much, he was afraid I wouldn't get much from the settlement. He fought and fought hard for me. Even though my car didn't sustain much damage, I had a minor concussion and some other issues related to the accident. Fast forward to January of this year and the settlement was coming to a close. The other party negotiated one rate, he asked me to approve or deny and if i were to deny go back with a higher settlement.
