i purchased a tennis bracelet from a different location but came to this location to send my bracelet off for a repair and 2 months later i found out that my bracelet was lost and that the employee had all of my contact information incorrect so there was no communication, when i got ahold of this store they told me my bracelet couldnt be fixed after 4 months of no contact from anyone. theyre now sending me back my bracelet and told me i had to wait another 4 months to get it back. i spent way too much money on this bracelet for this inconvenience. i should have been informed but they failed to give me any information on anything. its been a while since i posted this review, the Swarovski employee stole my tennis bracelet that i brought in for a repair. i will be involving the law to get this issue resolved. NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!

ZERO Stars. Disappointing Experience - Misleading Return Policy I had a terrible experience at your store. I bought jewelry during the holidays with the understanding that I could return it for a full refund within 30 days, as clearly stated in the store display. However, when I tried to return the item due to it not being liked, I was informed of an updated policy. The staff, particularly the individual handling my case, was rude and unhelpful, insisting that they would speak to the manager, Jay. Despite my attempt to adhere to the store's displayed policy, I was not honored, and I was asked to return later when the manager was available. This experience has led me to decide never to shop at your store again. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and customer service.

Met the sweetest employee named Aliyah today during our visit she was so helpful and attentive! I cant thank her enough for the seeing the vision in my boyfriend and Is idea and bringing it to life! I absolutely love our purchases! Thank you Aliyah youre the best!
