I just called this agency looking for a Nationwide Insurance customer service number and the guy who answered was the ruddest person I have ever talked to!!! He was very unhelpful!!! I wouldn't use him as my insurance agent if I was paid!

I have been with Bill Muench Insurance for years, and have always been treated with great customer service! It was very important to me to find a brokerage that is local and available to me in-person, and I have been able to visit them during office hours and get the information I need. I have been a long time customer of Bill Muench and I am pleased to say that he has been able to save me half of what I would have paid at another insurance agency. I can attest to this because I decided to let my Commercial carrier quote my personal policy and it came back at double what I am paying now. This was with writing it through the same insurance carrier as well. Needless to say if it's about money for you, they know how to structure a policy and find you the discounted rate you are looking for. If service is is most important to you, he has that covered unequivocally! I don't normally give reviews but I felt it was important to share this with others considering he is saving me over $4000 this year!
