        He started out ok but he didn't respond to emails or phone msg fast enough. I never got my renewal in mail and by time he responded I was not cover for auto. . I cancel Gosehead company went with another rates will much better. I try different agent in this company never go response either. Maybe I send Mr Jones guy a letter to get them training.
