Drew Kralich - State Farm Insurance Agent

My son recently had an accident and was so overwhelmed with the process. One evening he told me he had a call from Jessica at State Farm, and I thought it was someone in the claims department. My son shared that she was the kindest and most empathetic person he's talked to this entire time, it really meant a lot to him. Then after a few more questions I realized, of course, it was Jessica from Drew Kralich's office! So I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. We all need to be reminded of how we impact the world in positive ways, and she is certainly doing that with the way she treats others.

Drews been my agent for about 15 years now. He and his staff have consistently served me and my covered property throughout many life changes- always with genuine kindness, no fluff or shadiness, always prompt very easy to get in touch with, refreshingly easy to talk to; Ive never been pressured w/ an upsell, never been made to feel uncomfortable or unimportant, and when i ask a question (or 20..) I get direct answers. Drew clearly maintains his staff to have a similar acumen of consistent reliability & this simple sincerity that ive come to trust over the years. Thats a luxury these days and I routinely reflect upon it with appreciation. And although Id follow my agent anywhere, the rates at StateF are also pretty good - every couple years ill entertain a pitch from the competish and they dont even come close. Even though they do not answer their phones as much as they used to their response time is superb. Only had one problem and it was with the mail not them and they got the issue resolved in a timely manner.
