James was very patient and thorough by ensuring that I had the coverage to fit my needs and budget (auto & home). Everything was seamless. You dont get that often nowadays. I recently had a frustrating experience with Alejandra De La Torres office while trying to set up a new policy with my girlfriend. We were told by James, that we couldn't be covered because we weren't married. However, I called another State Farm office and received an instant quote without any issues. I also spoke with State Farm's corporate number, who confirmed that we could share a policy as well. I've been a State Farm customer for over 8 years and have never had an issue until now.

I called State Farm to get a quote for vehicle insurance. James L. Helped me out and explained everything thoroughly and in detail. I was able to get a quote that fit my needs and budget.
