First and foremost, I highly recommend The Point Wellness for simply providing exceptional customer service! Everyone was extremely friendly. The knowledge and service provided, was nothing short of amazing. The treatment that I used was dry needling. Anniina was very special. She listened first and she was able to identify and pinpoint the areas that needed attention. Prior to my appointment, the operator I spoke with via email made me feel welcomed and she knew exactly what I needed! I'll be heading back next week!

I was really satisfied with my results of the cryotoning services I received with Charleen! The skin around my midsection became tighter and I was able to lose several inches, sticking to the protocol that Charleen laid out for me during our session. I will be recommending these services for my friends who need a little extra help with toning certain areas.

Wonderful customer service! I was a little nervous to try accupuncture, cupping and localized cryrotherapy. Charleen explained every procedure and put me at ease. I left the session feeling renewed and refreshed!
