        The receptionist was very rude to me on the phone, and didnt seem to really care to answer any of my questions. Management should really train their staff to provide quality customer service to future patients.

        They are great! I got my life back after starting BHR through them about 4 years ago. I reorder online and pay through my Flex Spending account. It's always so easy. The only drawback is now labs are due every quarter and that is getting expensive. I know it's because they use the labs to suggest the best dosage, but there has got to be a better way to make things more affordable.

        Avoid this place! Whatever medication they put you on will be delivered late or not at all. For the last 3 years I have had to literally call them multiple times per week in order to make sure they ordered refills. The final straw came today when I showed up for a procedure only to have them say I needed blood work first! I am changing providers at this time because I don't have time to babysit natural bio.
