Ava's flowers

Really bad experience with this company. They overcharge, claim delivery when it didnt happen, then when caught, try to do the same thing all over again. Avoid at all costs.

Mother in law, purchased flowers for my Birthday and was promised flowers would be delivered on Birthday. Flowers were never delivered and it was like pulling teeth to receive flowers, which were after all already paid for. Called again and Representative was not helpful. Only hope to receive flowers soon as possible, due to fact they're paid for. Looked up Avas Flowers , company had 1.2 review. Not impossible to believe , poor service

Ordered a funeral spray on Thursday. Friday, the day of the funeral, they text me they can't deliver. I suggested that if they can't operate their business, they should go out of business. Kenneth M Simmons

DO NOT buy from this online flower contractor. Buy from your local flower shop. I paid big money for a set of flowers from a grocery store. Nothing like the picture. Delayed delivery. Claimed free delivery and that was a lie.

Disaster. Charged a ridiculous amount of money and did not deliver to the funeral. Can't reach anyone for information. Beyond frustrated. Done with funeral flowers. Going with donations to honor the deceased instead. This company is both incompetent and irresponsible.
