This is for child support and child custody. Please read all of the 1 star reviews as they are an accurate representation of Jessica and her team. Close to $10K in money given to this team, only to be dropped 5 days before my trial case because I didnt have any more money to give them and also because I was asking questions they didnt have answers to. She claimed I was hostile because I asked where my money was going. They do not communicate clearly, they continue to push out dates in order to ask for more money. Jessica is full of pride and ego. Claiming that I was hostile for sending an email asking why I was in mediation almost agreeing to move backwards on my court orders for my time with my son. She is 100% a narcissist and only in this business to take your money and run. Pay close attention to the way her and her team respond to this review. Like all the others, and narrative will be portrayed to represent her and her team as being the victims yet again. Something narcissistic people do when being confronted with the truth. She claims she is a believer in God, and she even prays. But do not be fooled, no one who follows The Lord would ever treat another human being the way her and her team did through my entire process. Also- you have the right to decline mediation if you feel it is a waste of time given the other party and their stance on things. I was never told this so wanted to share that with anyone reading this. This is your sign to move on to a different legal team and find your help elsewhere. No one deserves to go through this during such difficult time dealing with child support and child custody.

You will NOT find a better and more caring law office for your family law needs. Jessica is not only smart - she's sharp! And so it her staff. Compassionate, understanding and most importantly - gets the job done. Highly, highly recommended!

I needed local counsel for a matter while I was away- Jessica went above and beyond. Without Jessica, I cant imagine how interactions with DFPS wouldve gone. I Plan to continue to use Presswood Law for local matters in WilCo and Travis.

Jessicas strong faith along with her grit is what brought me to her firm. We prayed together multiple times and before parking at the court I passed the cutest little white church. There was an Ethel sign in the garden bed. I prayed when I parked. That was my great grandmas name. She was with us. Just more proof we were covered by god and his angels. Thank you for protecting my baby with such faithful fierceness!

Although the circumstances were unfortunate, I had the pleasure of working with Jessica and her team for the past two years. She is a go-to in Wilco and knows her stuff. She's built a great team that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to work with. Everyone on the team knows you and your case and I believe does their best to get you to the finish line.
