My daughter used this woman ( I will not even call her an attorney) for a simple child support case. My daughter paid her $3,000 in full on 9/18/21 to represent her. Linda, I’m surprised, did show for the court date on or about 6/20/23. All went well but what came afterwards was not. The court had the documents ready and sent them to Linda the next day for her to finish a few simple steps, signatures and send to AG office. Well, that was nearly 3 months ago. She will not return calls and has left my daughter in the dark and with no child support for her son. My daughter went to her office today 9/11/2023 and the doors were locked and shades drawn and no one would answer the knock at the door. Finally, Linda yelled at her that she was getting ready for trial and would not even face her. This lady had already been paid for the service. What kind of professional yells at a paid in full client through a door that she will not finish the job she had been paid to do. My opinion, this lady is taking on more clients than she can handle, get the retainers, then use the money for her pleasures and leave clients empty handed until she finds time. She sounds like a scammer to me. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN TO GET YOUR PET FOOD BECAUSE THEY’D PROBABLY STARVE TO DEATH! My daughter is taking steps to sue, have her license revoked or have the bar reprimand her harshly. I hope the Chamber of Commerce will read this and have her removed from any positions she might hold representing the community or at least warn the community that she is a substandard professional. Linda should not be able to practice law. She is deceptive and has no work ethic. In my opinion she is a grifter of sorts. She should be ashamed of herself.

My daughter chose her to represent her in a child support case. Linda does not respond to messages. Total lack of communication with the client that paid in full. I believe she is in breach of contract and should be sued. She hasnt completed the l most simplest of tasks to complete the order the judge placed over two months ago. Linda wanted my youngest daughter to make herself available to testify in a child support case. I thought that was kind of strange. She did as was asked and she was never called to the stand. She cost us about $500 for travel costs. Linda is totally incompetent and should face sanctions by the bar. She sure does know how to vacation on clients money. If youre reading this and are in need of legal representation, do yourself a favor and find a real attorney and save yourself the headache. She was hired to go after a deadbeat but my daughter got a deadbeat attorney instead. If I could go less than 1 star I would.

Linda went above and beyond to help me divide my assets and had the documents ready in a timely manner. She gave me very practical advice on handling the legal issues that come with divorce and the confidence to handle my case pro se. I highly recommend her legal services.

Linda was amazing in court. She helped the case settle for a much lower cost then originally proposed. She is an amazing representative in court and maintained communication with me during the whole case advising me what my better options were. I highly recommend her and I will definetly be using her for the future

My daughter and I had a consultation with Ms. Chechura about a year ago. She is very friendly, very smart and she knows her law. She is not the cheapest in town but she is not the most expensive either, and yes she does have an hourly rate of ~ 265. We did pay a small fee for the consultation but it was well worth the advice and we had hopes of not having to hire an attorney at all in the future. So now here we are a year later and we need to hire an attorney, but because of the reviews on yelp and google we decided to look elsewhere.
