Marcia is very friendly and loves to talk, and she told me all about her family, family antiques, her RV loving friend, etc at our mandatory introductory $200 meeting to drop off the tax planner I filled out. I don't own a business. It cost over $1000+ to do my taxes. Every brief phone call and text is charged. I found another CPA who looked over my documents and 2022 return that Marcia did and said it was very basic. My new CPA said she could do my 2023 taxes for around $275. I learned a lot.

She took $300 to help me with my business needs. She said all of what she would do. She did nothing. I contacted her several times and she sent me a registered agent form that I had already ended up finding myself and submitting before she had responded. Claimed that is what cost $300.

Not competent at all. Asked for payment upfront and lied every step of the way about progress. She said less than 6 months to complete and it took over two years to find out that she didnt know what the hell she was doing. She didnt complete anything. Horrible communication and dishonest Youve been warned. STAY AWAY!!!

BEWARE OF THIS CPA!  She was rude, wouldn't give us an idea of cost up front and then when we arrived and didn't agree with price, she stole $150 from us for using 20 minutes of her time.  She didn't make us aware of this charge upfront, and was basically kicking us out of her office because we brought our child.  I had to call the police to get my credit card back from her.  I WARN YOU, STAY AWAY
