Came in because of a potential drug overdose and sat their for like 30 minutes waiting.. constantly asking for help. The lady at the front desk just coldy said there nurse will be with you see soon. I was clearly disoriented and no-one asked me if I was having trouble breathing or losing consciousness. This is not the place for emergencies!! Apparently a potential drug overdose is not an medical emergency for these unprofessional people. I ended up walking out and going to a real hospital where I was IMMEDIATELY treated! Thank god for real hospital workers or I would have stopped breathing and 100% would have sued these people. I do NOT recommend this place. Thankfully I’m okay now!!’

Excellent care, customer service and always on time! I wouldn't go to any other place for rehab. Robyn is phenomenal with her down to earth explanation of my situation, the reasoning behind the therapy, and her understanding of my pain. Every appointment is on time and the initial staff always greet me with a smile and sincere welcome.

Tried calling to set up an appointment for an X-ray for my son. Never heard back. Called billing to try to get information about costs. Never heard back. Called about my son having abdominal pains and was told his ped was on vacation and they would have an on call doctor call us back. Again, no cal back. My wife scheduled her yearly appointment a month in advance. A couple of days before the appointment, her doctor canceled, and she was told she had to book another appointment online, another month out. In terms of care, we have yet to actually receive care. This is the worst experience we have ever had and are thinking of going back to ARC.
