        Was very disappointed when my insurance contracted this company. The galaxy towing company took over 3 hours!!! and would not answer the phone after I called them the first time and they said 1 hour. No update was given to me and they kept telling my insurance that they was 20 minutes away. Once they FINALLY picked up my car they towed it to the dealership but failed to call and confirm where at the dealership they left it.
