The worst attorney in Texas!! Ed walsh and his daughter will take every penny from you! Mr Walsh will drag on, delay, file senseless motions, all to charge you. In fact, Ed doesnt even do any of the work, his daughter runs the show over there and shes not even licensed as an attorney. Ed shows up to court to argue, lie, cheat and manipulate his point across to the judge, which if its Betsy Lambeth your screened since they used to be business partners and she rules in his favor instead of following the law! Dont bother wasting your money on this guy, the only reason he still practices at his age is to pay his daughter a high salary!

Ed Walsh is one of the worst Lawyers in Williamson County. His practices are un-ethical to say the least. Mr. Walsh will pull every sneaky, underhanded tactic that a low life lawyer can possibly do. Mr. Walsh will also take every penny he can from you, your family and your ex spouse. This attorney does not care about you or your family, he is only about dollars and cents, and that goes double for his "legal assistant" which just so happens to be his daughter, who is even more money hungry than he is. There are a ton of great lawyers in Williamson County to choose from, so take my advice and STAY AWAY from this one.

The one star review from Thomas H was written by the disgruntled ex-husband of Mr. Walsh's client. Ed Walsh goes above and beyond for his clients and doesn't "nickel and dime" people for his time. He is an excellent attorney that takes care of his clients.

Ed Walsh helped me with a divorce recently after I had hired another attorney previously. After months of no movement and feeling hopeless regarding my custody arrangements with my previous attorney, I made the decision to call Mr Walsh. At this point my kids had been gone for months with no contact. Within days of hiring Mr Walsh they were in route home. Ed Walsh fought hard for me through the duration of my mediation and leading up to our final hearing with the Judge. He was very responsive through out the whole process and kept me up to date with any information as the case went on. Through out the case he offered solutions to any and every hurdle along the way and was also realistic about what my options were and what to be expected from the opposing side as well as the Judge. Mr Walsh has also made himself available for counsel even after the case concluded to answer questions regarding my case, and even worked with me regarding my final balance. Ed Walsh is highly respected in the courtroom and his credentials speak for themselves. If you are looking for someone that has a great rapport with with fellow attorneys and judges then do not hesitate to contact him. He will fight hard for you and his experience in the court room was priceless when it came time to settle our case. Do yourself a favor if you are on the fence and do not hesitate to call him.
