        She was extremely clean and professional. She was very helpful and helped me move in without me asking. She was very sweet and didnt complain At all while helping. She kept her spirits high and remained bubbly and happy the entire session. Very easy process and I could redo the entire process without worrying that something would agitate me in the slightest.

        I booked a 20 ft. truck 10 days before Raul Arismendez and I needed it. We also completed the on-line registration pre-check in. 2 days ago, the owner of Lenny's Storage messaged to ask if we would tow a 12 ft trailer behind the truck for him and we responded no. Went to pick up the truck this morning at Lenny's and there was none. Meanwhile we have a paid crew waiting while we find a location somewhere that has a truck. No notice from Lenny's, and we're out quite a bit of money for a crew and hoping they will wait for us to find a truck! UNRELIABLE, UNRESPONSIVE, and UNTRUSTWORTY.

        I like this place the prices are reasonable and they have security cameras also,And the person in the office Brenda is so nice and easy going,so Rosenberg or surrounding area if u looking for a storage go there and ask for Brenda she will hook u up....tell her Amy sent ya'll.....thanks Brenda your the best......

      Dear Janet Bacon I apologize sincerely for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced due to the unavailability of the truck you reserved. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and I assure you that we take this matter very seriously. We strive to provide reliable and responsive service to all our customers, and it’s clear that we fell short in this instance.We’ve investigated the issue that happened and it was an issue with the U-haul systems. We are simply a dispatcher of trucks and trailers. However we do sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and the time that was spent. By the way I'm the owner and have never texted you about towing a trailer or have ever communicated with you before this. In addition we learned from uhaul that the reservation was made as a non guaranteed reservation and the people who contacted you for the towing was a part of Cooperate U-Haul not of Big Lenny’s Storage. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the matter. Sincerely Big Lenny’s Storage
