Every doctor in the practice (Rockwall and Dallas) are phenomenal- they all take the time to listen to concerns and questions and do it in the kindest way. As someone who has suffered from many pregnancy complications, they knew how to communicate with me without causing more stress. I saw all the doctors, but Dr. Brough (and Dr. Angel) are my main doctors are TOP NOTCH. They even calmed my husbands nerves (and constant Googling obsession) with their knowledge, expertise, and detailed explanations (in both detailed medical terms for my husband and basic terms for me who hates doctors offices and gets overwhelmed easily). I wish I could give them a million stars for all they have done for me (and others in the community)!

It is impossible to get this office to answer a phone call. I was referred to this office by my PCP on 10/17 and was instructed that Dr. Angela Angel's office would reach out to schedule an appointment. 7 days went by, so I called on Monday, 10/23, to follow-up directly, only to be met with a very long menu. The option to schedule an appointment says to fill out an appointment request on their website and they'll get back to you in 7 days, but that doesn't exist anywhere on the website. There's a patient portal, but you can only access that after you've had an initial appointment where they give you the ability to create an account in their system. So, my only option was to leave a voicemail. I did, explaining my situation. I didn't hear back, so I called and left another voicemail on Wednesday, 10/25. By Friday, I still hadn't heard anything, so I asked that my PCP try calling them for me. My PCP was on hold for 16 minutes and then had to leave a voicemail as well. Are you serious?? I am almost 8 weeks pregnant and I can't even get a hold of the doctor's office to schedule an appointment!! I am also a teacher, which makes scheduling any appointments very difficult, so I was trying to be ahead of the game so I could find a good time to get on the books that wouldn't interfere with school hours. I will be asking my PCP to find a new OBGYN office tomorrow, as I do not trust this office with my medical care if they don't even have a simple way to call the office or speak to an actual human being. I'm surprised this office had such high reviews and incredibly disappointed that I did not have a positive experience like others have.

My original doctor is Dr Blewett who is amazing and very very informative. She knows her stuff!! Also saw Dr. Brough who is just as great!

I recently left my old gynecological clinic because the doctors wouldnt listen to my specific needs. So I was looking for a highly rated gynecology office in the Rockwall area. This place has a high rating and I was excited to hopefully be seen by an office that truly cares. Im hard of hearing and opted to book an appointment online, as I usually do with generally no problems from other doctor offices. I answered the days and times that work best for me, and after submitting, I was given an on screen message that someone from the office would contact me to make an appointment. After a week of no calls or emails, I bit the bullet and called. I had to leave a message about attempting to make an appointment. That was over a week ago. So now 2 weeks have passed and I have received no emails nor phone calls following up. This really made me feel wary about trying this office and made me wonder if it would be an issue trying to get call backs as a patient. I think Ill look elsewhere for an office that can get back to me whether via email for my hearing issue, or even a phone call. Just my 2 cents, caring enough to reach out to potential patients that reach out several ways would go a long way in securing future patients.
