I stopped by their office to help them with information during their "Water Restrictions" time frame. The staff personnel were rude. Most ignored me and one lady barked at me about they were not open. Clearly it was business hours and I walked in the door. It was about 8:45 am. She told me that I needed to leave. I told her that I had information and pictures of a problem that is a major cause of the water pressure issues they were experiencing. She didn't care and told me to leave and to call them. I did call. I got the same warm response. She was not interested in the pictures being emailed either. These people are not only incompetent but are rude and nasty acting. Keep in mind, this was before the "Boil Water Notice" that was issued. My information could have helped but they were rude and not receptive.
