Jorge was a great asset! We used Jorge to buy a cabin in oklahoma. Being a Texas resident, it was important for me to find somebody who knew about the area. Jorge is also a cabin owner himself, and works in Oklahoma frequently so he was very familiar with not only the process, but also in suggesting good and potentially profitable cabins for sale. Communication was excellent, he was available anytime I needed day or night. After closing, he drove up on his own one day, and made his own punch list of repairs to add to the closing list. I highly recommend Jorge to anybody looking to purchase or sell, not just cabins, but any real estate.

Above and Beyond. Jorge helped my husband and I purchase a 2nd home in Broken Bow. We appreciated his professionalism, willingness to travel from several times in order to ensure we were fit with the right home, and overall kindness and real estate knowledge. His services did not end when we were "officially" closed but continues to serve as a resource for us as we now navigate owning a short term vacation rental for the first time.

Jorge Avila is very professional and made the purchase of my home the best experience ever! Jorge's knowledge of the real estate market and what I wanted in a home made the search for my home so easy. He also found a mortgage company that worked great with me and guided me through all the steps until closing of escrow. Jorge arranged a concierge company to help set up all utilities and other important items when we obtained the new home. Best day ever was getting the keys and taking a picture with my favorite agent and my son Steve.
