My husband and I recently relocated back to DFW from Boston and we were eager to settle down and purchase our forever home before the holidays. A coworker recommended Barb Cislo. His exact words were trust me - you wont regret it. Oh how right he was!!! Barb was everything we had hoped for and more! Not new to home buying, we were very particular on our list of wants for our next home. After initial contact Barb got us squared away on appointments every weekend. She was always available to answer my many questions no matter how minor they may have been. We ended up making offers on (3) prior homes before landing on our forever home. We got outbid on one (1) offer and the other (2) we were less than enthusiastic about the amount of work needed after seeing the inspection reports. Feeling defeated, Barb suggested we look at new construction. With a strict budget we didnt think new construction would be possible but again, Barb said she had some ideas so lets explore. Well, Barb did the research on DFW builders and found a great opportunity for us, and (3) weeks later, we happily closed on our forever new home! I am a first time home buyer in The Metroplex area. I initially worked with two other Realtors before coming across Barb Cislo. I can tell you honestly she knocked those two other Realtors out the ballpark. Barb is very knowledgeable, well prepared at all showings, professional, provides excellent advice, truly knows her job very well. The icing on the cake? Shes compassionate and caring too ! Shes a total package and made our whole experience an excellent one ! We couldnt have purchased our very own home without her guidance, expertise, and she saved us a ton of money with all of her advice. If youre looking to buy a home, she is the best in the business. I would recommend the Cislo Group for anyone that is in search of a home. I came across a couple of real estate agents with their own agendas in my search for a first home. Until I was referred to Barbara Cislo. She is totally amazing and actually listened to what I was looking for. Along with helping educate me during this process. I was moving to the DFW area from NY and she kept me updated and set up as many viewings as possible to make this process worth while. She has so much patience; especially in this sellers market. After much searching she made my dreams possible and walked me thru the entire process. She is definitely heaven sent and I would recommend her to anyone in search of a home. Thanks Barb.
