Walgreens Pharmacy

Came in to check on my order at the pharmacy. They finally told me in person after waiting for four hours that my insurance didnt cover it. Why With a waste my time and not just send me a secure message or something along those lines to let me know instead of having me worrying wait?

Stood in line for 20 minutes, not a problem. Only to be told, after we called to ensure we could do a walk in covid vaccine, that we couldnt be seen and that we had to leave and try again in an hour. By that time we would be home (only place that offers the phizer vaccine without an appointment scheduled on our day off). Why couldnt we wait? Why couldnt she let us know, after she heard us say that we were here for the walk in covid shot that there was no point waiting? Most pointless two and half hours of my life.

I have never had a problem with this Walgreens in any department. The pharmacy staff is awesome caring & will answer any questions you have. And if they don't have the answer then they find out. Helpful in every way. Mike the head pharmacist & his staff do a wonderful job with you medicine & medical needs plus the care they have for you. All the other employees in all departments are just as helpful caring & concerned.Thank you Walgreens for taking care of my family needs.
