Mediocre food, horrible service, very loud with a general gritty feeling. Very disappointing. I expected much more.

We had been to this establishment once back when they first opened. It was unremarkable, so we haven't been back until today several years later. It was Friday afternoon. The place wasn't busy. The service was a tag team between two fellows. Not a good start when we find out they were out of Yuengling, Revolver draft, fries, bread, and potato salad. The coleslaw was an option, but the sample they brought out was red in color, sopped in vinegar, and was dreadful. We had the brisket tacos. The flour shell was dry, brisket unremarkable, and the beer was flatter than the sidewalk. I honestly can't recommend anyone to go here for a meal.

Today is March 22 yesterday, March 21 me and my three friends we were interested in making a reservation and visiting this establishment for March 21 6:30 PM. I tried to book the reservation online it would not allow me to make the reservation for March 22 , i waited until they opened when they opened. I called multiple times nobody picked up the phone, I was in the Rockwall area so I decided maybe Ill walk in and try to make a reservation since the phones werent working and I was not able to book online. The bartender looks at me and says we only accept reservations and I politely told her I tried to reserve yesterday, but the website was not letting me reserve, then I said how do I make a reservation she says were completely booked out I said how can it be how can a person walk into your restaurant and not be able to eat something she says let me go to the back and check she comes back and says we dont accept same-day reservations I said I understand and thats why I was trying to book it yesterday online and it would not let me then she says were completely booked out for 6:30 PM today. I said thank you and I walk out , this will be my first and last visit to this establishment and I will make sure I tell everybody. I know this is the kind of treatment that I received me and my friends we visit high-end restaurants all over Dallas in my 39 years I have never experienced something like this ever.
