        Hello, I am 55 and have always been afraid to show my feelings. I have major social disorders plus anxiety issues. Very rough childhood. I was very leary about seeing someone for help. But I took a chance and called Mindful Health. May be one of my best decisions to date. I met with Sherry (hope I am spelling that right). She was amazing, caring, compassionate, understanding and a genuinely loving person. I am lucky to have met her. She even took it among herself to find me a much needed cardiologist for my bloodpressure. Thank you Mindful Health and especially Sherry!
