        I had a full MRI which can be excruciating and time consuming. However, everyone was pleasant to deal with on the front side and on the back end... the technician was very easy going and not at all hard to deal with. He seemed to be one of those "huggable" kind of guys! Which all in all made the experience a rather enjoyable one instead of very much dreaded. Definitely would recommend to others for future scans/X-rays!

        The wait was long. A 3 hour wait for a 1 min x ray. No communication. We were told that we were next after this patient we waited for another 30 mins before I had said something.. then we were called. I feel like we were forgotten.

        This place REFUSES to make appointments except for MRIs and says everything else is walk-in. We walked in and they say it is a 2 1/2 hour WAIT!!! I asked if I could put my name on a list and come back and within that 2 1/2 hour window and they responded with if we call your name when youre gone, you will have to start over on the list when you get back! DO NOT GO HERE! Find another place! There are way too many imaging centers in Rockwall to use this place!!!!
