Purchased a Sleep Number bed and was told there was an amazing 15 year warranty, nothing to worry about, everything would be replaced if there was an issue. Well, exactly 1 year and 2 months later I woke up to my bed being completely flat. They charged me for the air chamber (with a discount, not that that makes it right) and then when it arrived TWO WEEKS later they tried to charge me more for a technician to come install it! RUN RUN RUN from this disastrous, poor quality product with misleading sales tactics! Who in the right mind would buy a bed for over $2000 and expect to PAY to have it fixed just a year later. I've been sleeping on my couch for 2 weeks at this point. HORRIBLE experience!
