        Bad experience with the Flex card and HRA. Called them from the Doctors office and was given the wrong information so I put $500 on a credit card that I will not be reimbursed

        This is a rating of the service NOT the company which makes me nuts. The girl that helped me was really sweet and able to efficiently give me all the info I needed.

        If I can give a negative star I would. This company can not get their act together. First they claim no coverage to my dr but when I call I'm covered. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE FOR INSURANCE. YOU CAN PAY PRIVATE PAY CHEAPER THAN THESE CLOWNS. Been dealing with same issue since October and I've had insurance since August. They refuse to cover anything until you call and complain then it starts all over again with the bull.
