These guys are Amazing! I didn't know what to expect (slightly expecting the worst), & ended up talking to Nathaniel Juarez who completely promised & then delivered, in resolving all of my questions & helped me get a policy on my house. As a 1st time homeowner, learning about everything you need can be scary + exhausting. I'm so thankful Nathaniel took the time to educate & guide me through this process. Customer service still exists y'all , it was beautiful - a chef's kiss of service

I have a vehicle that is not working at this time but still wanted to have coverage, Veronica got the coverage down to a very affordable price. I could not have been more pleased. I had been driving my sisters vehicle and wanted to put coverage in my name. I was not allowed since it was not my car but she explained why and it made sense. A series of events quickly happened after that. My sister passed away, leaving me the vehicle, I was hit from behind at a stop light. I called to reinstate my full coverage so I could get a rental car during repair. She asked if she could help with any other need so I told her about my sister and the title would be transferred to me and that I would call when that took place so I could add the vehicle to my policy. She said I would need to prove I had coverage on that vehicle in my name before the title transfer could happen. She went to work on that and it was completed that afternoon. We went down the next day and everything went smoothly with the transfer and it would not have taken place without coverage in my name. Im so grateful for her knowledge and taking her time with me. I had some additional information that might change my insurance cost concerning how many miles I drive. Veronica had asked questions about that but I was unsure and went with higher miles) When I found a picture I took of the odometer reading taken on the first day I started using the vehicle I then I took a current picture. I sent these to Robert and he is looking into getting my rate lowered. I am so grateful and pleased with the customer service that I received.
