The team at Grand Homes is terrific! I cannot say enough good things about Julia Vasquez, Cathy DeMars, Nick (the builder). They help guide my clients through the new home construction process with great patience. Not only was it their first home but they were living out-of-state during construction Additionally, they had some cultural/religious requirements that needed consideration. Julian always made himself available for onsite or virtual meetings. Nick kept everyone updated with the progress and quickly addressed concerns. Cathy is a great problem solver and found a resolution when issues arose. My clients are extremely happy with their Breezy Hill home and I will not hesitate recommending Grand Homes to future clients!

The man himself, Julian Vasquez, was phenomenal with the expertise of the community and area. With him being VERY diligent and informative, he was able to help my clients pick the perfect lot as well as the floor plan to help their dream home come together. Also, he keeps my clients and myself very up-to-date on the stages they are currently at. If anyone needs to be informed and knowledgeable during the new build purchase process, you MUST go to Julian!

Grand Homes is an exceptional luxury home product! This community in particular has an amazing model - the Grand Whitehall, but whats more impressive is the knowledge and willing to help from the sales rep - Julian. Im a realtor and any time I bring a client here, they already feel right at home the moment they talk to him. He makes you feel like the most important person in the world when you walk into the grand homes model. If youre considering buying a new home in Rockwall, Grand Homes at Breezy hills should be top priority to check out!
