Justin and his team do great work. I've now used them twice, and I've been very happy each time. I had to cancel my installation date with Justin (which he accommodated) and subsequently asked him to get the work done quickly before my mother moved into her home. He managed his crews to get our work done on time before bad weather hit. Nice people and quality installation. Service: Fence installation

Justin and his crew did amazing. I got several bids and Easton fence beat everyones price and showed up on time everyday. They built my 8 foot cedar fence with a massive custom 35ft rolling gate. I would highly recommend his company and crew for any job you are thinking about doing. You wont find a better guy to work with and he suggested things that made the fence even better than I was hoping for. Their workmanship is outstanding!! They care what you have to say and listen to you. Friendly workers and are very quick and punctual. My new fence blows my old on out of the water.  Thank you for the great work.

Call them up on Oct. 7th. Set up an appt for Oct 10th, 10:00. He asks me to send him a text at the number I called at with my information. I do so. I also created a contact with that number. When they aren't there by 10:30, I call the contact I created, it connects to Justin Henderson's voice mail, I leave a message. He calls me back saying he doesn't have it on the schedule. Tells me he usually has customers send him a text. I say, I did that. Then, the strangeness starts. I ask if his number is the number I have in the phone, and he says no. OK... But this is the same number I used to leave the voicemail you are answering. So there is some problem with the phones. He says maybe you called another contractor. No, again, this is the number I called to leave the voicemail you are answering. He says, "I did not set up an appointment with you." So I am about to say, "You did, but something strange is going on with the phones." I'm thinking we can reschedule. But I get as far as "You did...", and he just hangs up! So this is how he treats potential customers. He has to be right, or he won't be able to continue. You can decide for yourself if you want to work with this sort of arrogant owner. Maybe instead of putting it on the customer to make his appointments with text he could, I don't know, just put it in his calendar right away? That doesn't seem too unreasonable. Imagine an owner taking responsibility for his own business!
