Comfort Dental: Leinweber John A DDS

I wanted to give this office a five star review. I was shocked they were able to fit me in at the last hour on a Saturday. My crown on my molar popped off. The regular dentist I use is closed on Friday and Saturday, so I called Comfort at 11:50. They said they could fit me in. I didn't know they close at 1pm. They were polite and very quick and thorough. They also didn't over charge me. This experience makes me want to change to make Comfort my regular dentist.

The dental assistant I had today was...I guess you could say she has good people skills. Not only did she do a good job professionally, she asked twice, past her initial greeting if I was doing okay. Then after the polishing, she had rinsed all of the stuff off my teeth, but there was still some grit on my jaws. She offered me a cup of water to rinse. We need more of her in EVERY business.

Very unprofessional, dont know why you would need to make appointment cause they never are ready and you will be waiting for at least 30 mins past your scheduled appt time before they take you back . Lots of talking and laughing going on in back office not alot of work.

Went in for my first visit and loved it. I was originally there for a cleaning and metioned to the Doctor that one of my wisdom teeth was hurting me. He asked me if I wanted to get it pulled? I replied yes but to scared to do it. He asked if I was not scared would I do it now? I said yes and laughed he told me he was going to look at it and get some of the stuff around it out. I said ok as he mentioned he would numb it so I wouldn't feel it as he worked on it. Well a minute later literally! He had it out and I had no idea he had pulled it. I have been dreading this for 8 years because of fear and my last dentist kept referring me to a oral surgeon. I have met my forever dentist he is awesome. Thanks Doctor and yes sadly never got his name. Plan to come back and add his name.
