We had a great experience till this year. My oldest was dismissed due to behavior but never experienced such behavior at home or at his new school. When seeing video of certain incidences the teachers were not held responsible for their actions or aggression towards the children but us as parents were made to feel like something was wrong with our children when their behavior for a 3 and 4 year old are 100% age appropriate behavior. A teacher was caught by another parent being aggressive towards my 3 year old. Upon viewing the footage, the teacher was not held responsible for her behavior. Instead my wife was gas lighted on how my 3 year old reacted to being grabbed by the arm, dragged to time out and intimidated and yelled at by a grown adult. Their excuse was my son grabbed a sheet of paper he wasnt suppose to, which was never seen in the footage.

Highview appeared nice on the outside. The price is convenient. However Ashely and the teachers from room 5 are nice and understanding people. The Lady whose name starts with a D She only works there because of who she knows and no one else will tolerate her horrible attitude. Regardless, just because the price is convincing doesnt mean its worth its these are our children we are talking about and this seems like a place kids cant be kids.

My daughter on her second day got bruises. I felt something bad and got to stop by at around 11:00 which she was there only for an hour. The teacher her self had to reveal she had a bite accident as soon as she saw me. I asked if she bites or got bite but cant answer that. My baby was crying her heart out till she vomits from anger. I asked what happened but she was telling me only because it was her second day. I was curious why she and her assistant wore so in shock to see me and recommended that I should take her home. Because she vomited but had no fever per nurse. I asked for all her belongings and left. Right after we had arrived home I got to give my baby a shower and found out all those bruises in her body. I called back to have an explanation but the manager said it should be an insect bite. From her I think you all should take what you need because a mom knows the difference from bruises and bites.
