Recently hired 4D to help build new infrastructure for our organization (IT). I've know Jordan Ray for many years and we are friends. However I had no real idea of how high level and skilled he and his organization are. We got on the conversation of some of my needs at dinner one night, so I decided to engage with Jordan and his business. We outlined our needs and 4D blew me away with its knowledge and professionalism. 4DIT Solutions has blown my companies IT infrastructure expectations out of the water. 4DIT came in, setup new servers, gave incredible one on one solution architecture and spoke a language that my entire staff understood. Customer service and response time is phenomenal. Highly recommend.

The team at 4D IT is hands down the best I have ever worked with. Excellent customer service and quick response time as well! 4D IT runs an extremely tight ship with surgical precision. They told us that they are solutions architects; which, didn't mean much to us at first until we saw what that entailed. They sat down with our executive leadership initially and IT director, sought to learn and understand how we operate using IT and with that, identified areas of inefficiencies and where we could make improvements. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the fact that in the process of learning our business processes, they identified multiple devices in our server room that previous IT providers had said that we NEEDED, and paid an arm and a leg for. The folks at 4D IT were able to have us not only remove these unnecessary and overpriced networking/server equipment, they were able to dramatically reduce our monthly and quarterly overhead by thousands of dollars. I genuinely appreciated having been able to work with Geoffrey, Jordan, and Lane! They explained extremely boring and complex problem sets without making me feel like an idiot, and empowering us. Despite the doubts and hesitation we had initially about switching IT providers after having terrible IT services and support in fear of only getting another bad egg, they continually reassured us, and were VERY transparent! You just don't get that anymore in this day and era. If you're even remotely thinking that you need to reconsider adding an incredible IT capability to your existing IT staff, or if you have no IT staff like some of our clients we have referred, I have no doubt in my mind they will absolutely square you up if you give them the chance! 4D IT has helped us at our veterinary practice for the past two years and have always been very transparent and courteous to our high op-tempo. We have been able to focus on the care to our patients, because we can rest assured that 4D IT has us covered! They help us be proactive rather than reactive, such a blessing.
