They have put a hold on my credit card FOR NO REASON! I also have not been given ANY help in rectifying this. Called Thursday and Friday to the rockwall bank here and in McKinney with answering message in Rockwall. The McKinney lady was going to check and call me back...NEVER DID. Nobody has called me back! Customer service is not only bad, it is nonexistent! I am moving my accounts as soon as possible.

My husband arrived about 20 minutes before 5 pm. The manager (older white woman with glasses) waited until 4:59 to tell him they were closed and could not give him any money. HIS money. Apparently, they needed to verify why he opened the account in Houston and was looking to withdraw money in Rockwall. As if people don't travel for work. This was the absolute worst customer service from a manager. If you don't like servicing certain people, don't work in a customer service position.

No one ever answers the phone. I had a debt card compromised,it took 2 weeks and 3 trips to bank branch to get a new card after mistake after mistake. I used Commuity bank for years, so I just continued with Independent after Community closed. I live
46 miles from the closest banch.They have the worst customer service I've ever seem and more excuses then you know what.
